My passion to create learning opportunities in the classroom and workplace environments continues as I enter my 29th year of teaching and training diverse populations ranging from infancy to the adult learning. Valuing individuals by investing the time to identify their gifts or strengths helps to foster an environment that focuses on positive attributes that can be used as a foundation to build new skills, grow their knowledge base and motivate them to reach their potential. I have spent my career creating environments where active learning with active listening, pair together to create coaching opportunities that empower students and ignite intrinsic motivation.
