Marketing has been the building block for success in my career. I developed many of the skills I use today for Relationship Management. I built comprehensive marketing plans leveraging analytics and insights. I developed my negotiating and consultative selling skills used with both internal and external leadership. I guided a high performing marketing team that consistently delivered above plan results. The team developed a comprehensive design document streamlining program execution. Creating efficiencies that nearly doubled the work output.
I have extensive experience in Relationship Management and Marketing focusing on Strategic Account Management, Consultative Selling, Solution Design and Implementation, Contract Negotiation, and Program Optimization. Experience in multiple industries with deep knowledge of the Financial, Retail and Healthcare sectors. I develop detailed account plans that address business objectives leveraging client feedback, insights and analytics. The goal is to balance the needs of the business with those of the customer. While that endeavor is not always easy, I find that focusing on business objectives, leveraging relationship and negotiating skills and insights, enables me to successfully achieve this.

Also led team tasked with driving profitable credit-marketing activities for 20+ clients, by developing, selling, and executing marketing strategies. In three years, team executed 300+ marketing campaigns for various retail clients. Programs focused on new account acquisition, growth and retention, and improving overall loyalty of credit-card customers.
